Zortrax Resin DENTAL is a precise dental resin with a gypsum-like consistency. It offers very low shrinkage and a high level of detail, sufficient for accurate modelling of teeth and gums. The resin is available in a beige colour that mimics the natural complexion of human gums. Zortrax Resin DENTAL is not intended for intraoral use.

This resin is perfect for high-quality surfaces with surface inaccuracies below 100-150 microns. Zortrax DENTAL resin has not been classified as carcinogenic under EU legislation and IARC criteria, so it is safe for printing when used in accordance with our safety instructions.

A dental preparation model. 3D printed dental preparation models on Zortrax Inkspire with Zortrax Resin DENTAL are used to properly fit crowns, bridges, or other dental appliances before their placement in the patient's oral cavity.

Accuracy

Zortrax Resin DENTAL is extremely accurate, with surface inaccuracies below 100-150 microns, making it perfect for modelling complex details in digital dentistry.

Gypsum-like texture

Gypsum is commonly used in traditional dental modelling. Models 3D printed with Zortrax Resin DENTAL have the same gypsum-like consistency that most dentists are used to.

Low shrinkage

Zortrax DENTAL resin has low shrinkage, in the order of 2% +/- 1%. This is why it is ideal for dimensionally accurate dental models.
