XYZ Carbon Fiber NFC PLA
The XYZ Carbon Fiber NFC PLA filament consists of a mixture of PLA (polylactic acid) and carbon fiber. This allows you to create shock-resistant 3D models with an exceptional surface finish.
Every maker's dream
The composition of PLA plastic and high-quality carbon fiber allows for prints with an attractive matte finish and a slightly shimmering surface. With a simple upgrade, you can now produce outstanding prints at home with your XYZprinting printer.
Lighter and sturdier at the same time
Improved strength-to-weight ratio compared to regular PLA. The carbon properties make your prints stiffer (less flex) and more impact-resistant. This texture is ideal for printing remote-controlled car parts, drones, propellers, frames, and much more!
The right tools for your project
Compatible XYZprinting printers are equipped with a stainless steel nozzle and can be upgraded with the special hardened steel nozzle. This has been specially developed bearing in mind the abrasive nature of the XYZ carbon filament and ensures a longer lifespan and high-quality prints.
* Immediate nozzle maintenance after each print is recommended.
* Not recommended for printing strong overhangs or bridges. It is recommended to create such prints in individual parts and then assemble them.
Notice
It is recommended to store the filament in a sealable bag after each use, in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
