The xTool Selected Air Dryer is the professional component designed to ensure ultra-dry, impurity-free air, essential for achieving perfect, dross-free laser cuts on metal. Used in conjunction with the xTool air compressor, this system represents a more economical and reliable solution compared to traditional industrial gases: it eliminates the need for expensive nitrogen, argon, or oxygen cylinders, reducing costs by up to $20,000/year and ensuring continuous operation thanks to its simple electrical power supply.

The heart of the system is a heat exchange module combined with a triple-stage filtration: the dryer removes 99% of humidity and up to 99.999% of oil, rust, and impurities from compressed air, preserving the quality and longevity of your equipment and ensuring consistently clean cuts on steel, aluminum, brass, and other metals. Compatible with compressed air up to 1.25MPa (181PSI) and a maximum flow rate of 14.1CFM (400L/min), it maintains a dew point temperature between 2°C and 10°C for consistent results even during prolonged operations. The dryer works in synergy with the SaveGas™ system to reduce consumption and waste, and is housed in a compact and robust body (402×355×227mm, weight 10.8kg) perfect for any workshop.

Simultaneous use of the compressor and dryer is mandatory to avoid humidity and residues that could damage the laser source, reduce cutting quality, and cause unwanted oxidation.
