XTOOL Metal Cutter

The xTool Metal Cutter is the advanced CNC module in the MetalFab range, designed for industrial-precision metal laser cutting with speed and artificial intelligence. Perfectly integrated with the xTool MetalFab 800W or 1200W welding modules, it allows cutting carbon steel up to 10mm (with 1200W version) and 8mm (800W) in a single pass, maintaining smooth, clean, and deformation-free surfaces thanks to the minimal heat-affected zone. The 16MP AI camera system and proprietary VibeFreeCut™, FlexiTrack™, and ObstacleFree™ technologies ensure impeccable cuts even on uneven surfaces, <0.2mm precision even on small parts, and maximum material efficiency (up to 98.7%).

Equipped with a large 610×610mm working area (with unlimited longitudinal pass-through function), the Metal Cutter supports stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, nickel alloys, magnesium, and galvanized sheets. Intelligent gas management (SaveGas™) halves consumption compared to traditional systems, while the user interface on xTool Creative Space software offers over 100 presets and smart functions for industrial and artisanal production flows.
