XTOOL Auto Streamline Conveyor

The xTool Auto Streamline Conveyor is an automatic feeding system designed to bring industrial-scale production to desktop lasers. Thanks to the reinforced PU conveyor belt (non-toxic and certified material), this solution allows for processing large quantities of pieces in sequence, reducing manual intervention and bringing efficiency to very high levels: ideal for massive customizations, series marking, small objects, and just-in-time lines.

It can transport objects weighing up to 10kg and handles materials with a thickness of up to 81.5mm over a generous working area of 500×220mm. The structure is entirely made of lightweight aluminum (weight 8.5kg, dimensions 1002×290×89mm), easily transportable yet extremely stable. In combination with the dual AI cameras and xTool Creative Space software, the machine recognizes shapes, performs automatic alignment, and always guarantees perfectly positioned engravings on every piece, even on small objects or large photographs to be engraved/screen printed in series.

The conveyor belt is designed for minimal maintenance, while the clamping systems allow for maximum precision even with high-volume batch processing. It is compatible with xTool F2 Ultra Dual/Single, F1 Ultra and is essential for those aiming to scale production while maintaining a small footprint and a very high level of automation and quality.
