WASP 40100 LDM
WASP 40100 LDM
WASP 40100 LDM is the new 3D printer designed to print any fluid-dense material: Clay, Stoneware, Porcelain, and Terracotta.
WASP 40100 LDM COMPONENTS AND FEATURES
- LED bar with print status indicator
- Interactive interface
- Network connection
- Screw extruder
- Large-format prints
Fast, precise, flexible
The new WASP 40100 LDM (Liquid Deposition Modeling) is the perfect tool for medium/large scale ceramic 3D printing.
Precise and fast in using all ceramic materials, the machine is open and accessible on all three sides to allow interaction during printing.
The machine is equipped with the LDM WASP Extruder 3.0, the professional ceramic extruder featuring a screw system capable of regulating the material output flow, allowing for rapid flow interruption and good retraction control. The optional LDM WASP Extruder XL 3.0 is a larger version of the LDM 3.0, allowing work with larger nozzles and higher material flow rates up to 8 mm in diameter.
Compatibility and expandability of multiple accessories
WASP 40100 LDM is compatible with a range of optional accessories that expand its capabilities.
The Continuous Feeding System (CFS) allows new material to be constantly added to the printer, overcoming the limited capacity of the tank.
The Manual Feeding Extruder is designed for printing with fast-setting cement and geopolymers, thanks to its stainless steel funnel body and self-cleaning system.
Finally, the Automated Production System (APS) allows for series production of ceramic artifacts, automatically replacing the print plate with a new one. The used print plate is independently transported on a conveyor belt, awaiting collection.
Remote control
WASP 40100 LDM can be connected to the network and thus managed directly via mobile phone, tablet, or computer. A camera has been placed inside the printer to monitor printing even remotely.
Interactive interface
User experience has been further simplified with the adoption of a new 7-inch TFT touch display and an LED bar positioned at the top of the printer, which allows the progress of the job to be recognized from a distance.
Resurrection and Free Zeta System
The Resurrection System allows users to save their print job and resume it in case of power interruption. With the Free Zeta System, the machine measures the interruption height and restarts from there.
