Do you need Wi-Fi connection in a spot far from the router? A Wi-Fi Access Point like TL-WA801N, connected to the router via Ethernet cable, allows you to create a new access point to the wireless network.
TL-WA801N supports Wi-Fi connections with speeds up to 300Mbps on the 2.4GHz band, ideal for connecting wireless devices like tablets, smartphones, laptops and carrying out your online activities without interruptions.
TL-WA801N is equipped with a 10-100Mbps LAN port with Passive PoE support (PoE Injector included in the package) that allows data and power to be transmitted via Ethernet cable, eliminating the need to connect the Access Point to a power outlet. The WPS button allows encryption settings to be quickly replicated on a new device.
TL-WA801N supports numerous operating modes ideal for different scenarios:
- Wi-Fi Access Point - Connected to the router via cable, it offers Wi-Fi connection to mobile devices.
- Range Extender - Strengthens and extends the router's signal, no cable needed, connection between router and extender is via Wi-Fi.
- Client - connected via cable to a wired device such as a gaming console or PC, it allows receiving the Wi-Fi signal from the router.
