The inhabitants of Hyrule are disappearing, swallowed by strange rifts that have suddenly appeared, and among the victims is a certain swordsman. Thus, it's up to Princess Zelda to take action to save her kingdom.
Team up with the mysterious fairy Tri and use the power of Tri's staff to learn how to create echoes, which are reproductions of characters and objects you encounter in the world. Once you learn the technique, you can create echoes at any time to solve puzzles and defeat enemies.
Create echoes of water blocks to make your way upwards, build bridges using old beds, throw rocks at enemies, or do things your own way by experimenting with creative combinations. You can even create echoes of monsters to fight alongside you!
