The SUNLU PA6-CF filament is designed for applications requiring maximum strength, reliability, and thermal stability over time. It is a nylon (PA6) reinforced with 20% short carbon fiber, a combination developed to achieve components with professional mechanical properties, superior rigidity, and lightness.
Thanks to carbon fiber, SUNLU's PA6-CF excels in tensile strength (up to 170MPa) and flexural strength (up to 245MPa), and exhibits high heat tolerance, with a heat deflection temperature of a remarkable 209°C. It is the ideal material for producing gears, automotive components, housings, structural parts, industrial equipment, drones, and sports accessories, where maximum durability, low weight, and resistance to impact and continuous stress are required.
The filament maintains low warping and excellent dimensional accuracy. The surface of the prints will be aesthetically professional, matte, and characterized by excellent layer adhesion. The use of hardened steel nozzles is recommended to prevent premature wear.
