The SUNLU PA12-CF filament is an advanced 3D printing solution dedicated to those who require maximum strength, lightness, and high-temperature resistance. This material combines polyamide 12 (PA12 nylon) with carbon fiber reinforcement, resulting in components that maintain their shape even under thermal stress, repeated impacts, and harsh environments.
Thanks to the presence of carbon, PA12-CF exhibits exceptional mechanical strength, extraordinary rigidity, low density, and very high dimensional stability, even with very low moisture absorption. Perfect for applications in the automotive, aerospace, sports, and industrial sectors, it is ideal for creating technical parts, gears, tools, housings, drones, and structural components designed for long-lasting performance.
The surface of printed parts is smooth and anti-abrasion, with significant resistance to wear and impact. Filament maintenance is simple, but it is recommended to use hardened steel nozzles to prevent wear due to the carbon.

Usage tips and post-processing
- Store in a dry environment and, if necessary, dry the filament before printing (80°C for 12h or 110°C for 4h).
- Use adhesive on the print bed to prevent warping.
- Post-print annealing is recommended to further improve mechanical strength (80–130°C for 3–12h).
- Nozzle wear can be significant: prefer hardened steel nozzles.
