More time and energy saving
The print quality at 0-100 mm/s is superior to normal PLA, resulting in smoother surfaces and better overhang performance. With overhang angles below 70° that require no support, this filament significantly reduces print time and material waste. It enables fast printing at low temperatures of 180-195 ℃, saving time and energy.
500% improved fluidity
No clogging occurs even during high-speed printing at ≥250 mm/s, ensuring consistent material flow.
Improved heat dissipation
The heat dissipation performance of High Speed PLA is increased by 180%, allowing faster cooling under the same conditions and enabling rapid printing without material buildup.
High crystallization temperature
High Speed PLA has a fast polymerization speed, which improves rapid printing and draping performance. Excellent air cooling of the printer can eliminate the need for support for draping angles below 70°.
Low shrinkage rate
The filament exhibits low shrinkage, reducing the likelihood of cracks during rapid printing and ensuring smooth surfaces.
Neatly aligned
Thanks to the uniform wire diameter, High Speed PLA enables fast, knot-free printing, resulting in smooth and even material discharge.
