Star Wars: Unlimited is a collectible card game where each player takes on the role of a leader, a legendary character from the Star Wars universe, aiming to destroy their opponent's base with the support of their forces. These forces are represented by a 50-card deck, which contains units, events, and upgrades.
This two-player starter set contains everything you need to learn how to play: two complete decks, a guide, tokens, and much more. Inside this box, you will also find a complete set of 10 exclusive cards, which will not be available anywhere else!
Also suitable for those who are not looking for the collectible aspect of the game but a simple and fast two-player board game!
Each game takes place over a series of rounds. During the Action Phase of each round, players play cards from their hand that they will use to attack their opponent's base and units. After the Action Phase, the game moves to the Reorganization Phase, where players draw cards, accumulate resources, and prepare units for the next round of battle. During the first rounds of each game, the leader will only passively influence the conflict, but the time will come when they will join the fray as a powerful unit.
Each base starts with 30 HP (hit points). The player who reduces their enemy's base to 0 Hit Points wins the game!
This set shifts the focus from the conflict between the Empire and the Rebels and puts the Outer Rim at the center stage. Bounty hunters play an important role in this set, so much so that a new "bounty" mechanic has been added.
The leaders in this Starter Set will be Moff Gideon, who commands a Vigilance and Authority deck with the aim of overpowering the opponent's units, and The Mandalorian, commanding the Cunning and Vigilance aspects, with the ability to exhaust an enemy unit every time an upgrade is played.
