The traditional 4-on-4 Turf Wars make their return in this sequel to Splatoon, with new stages, new fashions, and new weapons such as the Splat Dualies. Players can challenge each other on TV or on the go.
Whether using the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller (sold separately) or the Joy-Cons, players can aim using motion sensors. Splatoon 2 supports both online and local multiplayer.
The game is also compatible with voice chat via the new Nintendo Switch smart device app (available from summer 2018), and will be updated with new maps, weapons, and gear after launch, just like the original game.

In Turf Wars, the objective is simple: control as much territory as possible by inking it with your team's color. The team that controls the most territory wins the match.
