Spectrum PLA MATT is a PLA-based material, the chemical composition of which has been modified in such a way as to make it possible to obtain elements with a matt surface.

Spectrum PLA MATT is a PLA-based material with a modified chemical composition so that it is possible to obtain matt surfaces of printed objects. The matt finish of printed objects significantly improves their aesthetic properties and minimises the visibility of layers on the side surfaces of printed objects.
Moreover, Spectrum PLA MATT retains all the characteristics of classic PLA-based polymers, i.e. easy and highly efficient printing, low shrinkage and very good adhesion between layers and also between the build platform and the printed object. In addition, the use of additives has improved temperature resistance, impact strength, and reduced the brittleness of printed objects.

With the above-mentioned properties, Spectrum PLA MATT applications are primarily oriented to presenting important aesthetic values, i.e. industrial design prototyping for concept visualisation and demonstration of design variants of structures. It is also used for interior design purposes and architectural models.
Packaging
Filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the type of material, diameter and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packed in the original, film-coated Spectrum Filaments packaging.
