Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S Black 1.75mm 1kg
Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is the best choice for printing functional models that require high rigidity and continuous resistance to high temperatures and chemicals.
Low shrinkage and high strength combined with the advantages of carbon fiber
Polyamide 6 is one of the strongest materials used in desktop 3D printing technology. It combines mechanical strength, rigidity, vibration damping capability, and abrasion resistance unmatched by any other type of filament. To its wide range of properties, it can add chemical resistance and the ability to operate continuously at high temperatures.
With the introduction of the composite material Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S, heat-stabilized and loaded with carbon fibers, we set out to raise the bar for nylon filaments even further. Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is a true specialist for heavy-duty applications. The "LowWarp" model is characterized by an additional blend content designed to improve fluidity during material extrusion, thus enhancing particle adhesion. With the use of 15% carbon fibers, rigidity increases by more than twofold, and tensile strength improves (up to 120 MPa). In addition, Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S has a higher HDT (tensile temperature) thermal resistance of over 180 °C (0.45 MPa) compared to the unfilled version. The fiber content reduces shrinkage, common in most high-temperature materials, greatly simplifying the printing process and giving prints an aesthetically pleasing, carbon-like appearance.
Spectrum PA6 Low Warp CF15S is the best choice for printing functional models that require high rigidity and continuous resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. It can be easily used in the automotive, aerospace, and modeling industries.

Packaging
The filament is wound on a neat and transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packed in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, shrink-wrapped.
