SNAPMAKER 2.0 AIR PURIFIER

When 3D printing or laser engraving on certain types of materials, chemicals like PM (particulates) and VOCs (volatile organic compounds) can be released. You can further filter them out with a Snapmaker 2.0 Air Purifier.

The Exact Filter Cartridge You Need

Custom-made filter cartridge for your Snapmaker 2.0, with five layers of different filters consolidated into one, is designed to absorb what is actually emitted during the laser engraving or 3D printing process.

G4 Filter for Coarse Filtration

Aims at relatively larger particles (≥ 5 μm in diameter). Filters over 90% of PM10 and PM5.

F9 Filter for Finer Filtration

Works with particles measuring 1 μm or greater in diameter. Filters over 95% of PM10, PM5, and PM2.5.

Custom Activated Carbon Filter

A dense pack of activated carbon is also added to absorb VOCs that no other filter can capture. Unpleasant odor is no longer a problem.

Ultra-dense H13 HEPA Filter

Two layers of 70mm thick H13 HEPA filter as the final stage gate. They are capable of trapping up to 99.97% of airborne particles of all sizes, including PM0.3, which is known to be the most penetrating particles in the air.

Long Live the Filter Cartridge

Efficiency is not all that matters. The different filter layers are arranged in a certain order inside the cartridge to maximize its lifespan, so you don't have to replace the cartridge until it is fully used.

Filter Lifespan Detection

Snapmaker 2.0 performs real-time monitoring of the filter cartridge and displays its lifespan on the touchscreen. It lets you know when it’s time to put in a new one.

The built-in LED strip shows how the Air Purifier is working through color changing, flowing, breathing, and flashing.

Fan Speed Control

Tap on the touchscreen to set the fan speed for different types of work.

All-Metal Design

Both the Enclosure and the Air Purifier are carefully designed, as always. CNC machined aluminum beams and shell, with anodized surface, bring great durability, super fine texture, a uniform silver-gray appearance, and well-sealed machine bodies. They are powerful, yet lovely.
