The Siraya Tech ABS-CF Core filament is designed for those seeking maximum rigidity and reliability in industrial and engineering applications. Thanks to its revolutionary core-shell technology, this ABS reinforced with 20% carbon fiber concentrated in the core ensures an extremely rigid and stable structure, with extraordinary resistance to both impact and high temperatures.

Compared to traditional reinforced ABS, the Core version offers improved inter-layer adhesion (Z-axis), better dimensional accuracy, and significantly reduced nozzle wear, thanks to less fiber exposure on the filament surface. The result is warp-free prints with a high-quality surface and mechanical properties suitable for automation components, automotive parts, drones, tools, mechanical parts, functional prototypes, and objects subjected to continuous stress.

One of the main advantages is the ability to print at high speeds, up to 200mm/s, without compromising the quality or strength of the final part. Its heat resistance up to 90°C (HDT) also makes this filament ideal for use under the car hood or in hot industrial environments.
