Greenstride™ Technology
Our comfortable GreenStride™ soles are made with 75% bio-based sugarcane and responsibly sourced natural rubber. The materials are transformed into a natural, springy, and comfortable foam, which we use in our shoes to cushion impacts on the body. And thanks to natural materials from renewable sources, we also help to minimize our environmental impact.
Gripstick Rubber Outsoles
The many square-edged grooves on Gripstick™ rubber outsoles ensure ample contact and extraordinary grip on both dry and wet surfaces. Gripstick™ rubber outsoles offer grip without leaving any marks.
Certified Tannery
One or more major components use at least 50% leather tanned in a facility rated Silver or higher by an independent environmental audit. The Leather Working Group assesses and classifies tanneries based on energy consumption, waste production, and water treatment.
Ortholite Insoles
ORTHOLITE® comfort foam insoles provide a moisture management system, antimicrobial action, and long-lasting cushioning. The ultra-breathable material does not wear out or lose its cushioning effect over time, ensuring comfortable and supportive footwear.
ReBOTL Material
We collect non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles, recycle them, and transform them into RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) yarn. The result is this eco-friendly material, which allows us to create products with 50% recycled PET, aiming to almost completely reduce the environmental impact of various production processes.
Timber-Dry Waterproof Technology
Products feature the Timber-Dry™ waterproof membrane or lining made with 50% PET (from recycled plastic bottles), to keep feet dry.
