We're in Santo Ileso, a fictional city in the heart of the American Southwest. In a world where crime runs rampant and outlaw factions battle for supremacy, a group of young people embark on an illegal adventure to rise to the top and make a name for themselves.
You will form the Saints and become their leader, alongside Neenah, Kevin, and Eli. Together, you will confront the Panteros, the Idols, and Marshall, build your empire on the streets of Santo Ileso, and fight to dominate the city. Ultimately, Saints Row is the story of the birth of a new business venture, only the business the Saints are involved in is entirely illegal.
