In Resident Evil Origins, fans of the series and new users alike will be able to revisit and rediscover the original stories that marked the beginning of the saga, in a brilliantly remastered version with Resident Evil Origins Collection, available in retail version which contains two of the most successful episodes of the historic series on the same disc: Resident Evil and Resident Evil 0.
In the original Resident Evil, players will be able to take on the role of both S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service) specialists Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine, sent to the city to recover the missing Bravo team. With ammunition at a minimum and few items available for survival, players will find themselves trying to stay alive by solving puzzles and avoiding traps throughout the game.
The package will also include Resident Evil 0, which takes the player back to 1998. The story begins with persistent reports of strange murders perpetrated on the outskirts of Raccoon City. The city's special division, S.T.A.R.S., sends its Bravo Team to investigate. This team includes rookie police officer Rebecca Chambers, along with convicted former Marine Lieutenant Billy Coen.
Throughout the game, players will be required to play as both characters, controlling one alternately to the other in order to progress through the adventure.
