To make a successful PEEK 3D print there are some things you need to keep in mind. Your 3D printer needs to have the necessary performance to meet the requirements of PEEK filament. PEEK filament needs to be 3D printed with a nozzle temperature of 360 - 400°C. The heated bed should be set to 120°C and it is important to have a heated build chamber. Also make sure that your 3D printer is placed in a room where there are barely any drafts and temperature changes. PEEK is 3D printed on a PEI sheet at a print speed of 15-30 mm/s.
