PrimaSelect Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 filament is a high-temperature polyamide (PA) reinforced with carbon fiber (15%). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low warping, and improved layer bonding is optimized for industrial applications. Typical sectors where it is commonly used include robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace, and also widely in the field of functional prototypes and end-use parts. This particular engineering polymer is tailored for the 3D printing industry to meet the strength requirements of injection molding and focusing on serial production of end-use parts; the filament can be used on conventional FFF/FDM 3D printing systems without a heated chamber.

Printer recommendations

• Printer nozzle temperature: 260 - 290°C
• Heated bed temperature: 60 - 80°C
• Print speed: 40 - 60 mm/s
• Bed adhesion: Magigoo PA on glass or PEI sheet
• Pre-drying recommendations: 100°C, 4 - 6 hours or 80°C, 12 hours
• We recommend using an adapted nozzle (>0.5 mm) for carbon-filled filaments

For best printing results, we recommend keeping your 3D printer in a room with minimal drafts and/or temperature fluctuations. When the 3D printer is not in use, it is important to store the filament in a bag and keep it in a cool, dry, and dark place until its next use.
