PRIMACREATOR SPFA FILM SHEET FOR 3D PRINTERS - 260 X 390 MM
PRIMACREATOR SPFA FILM SHEET FOR 3D PRINTERS - 260 X 390 MM
PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multi-layer PFA composite film developed for large resin 3D printers. The SPFA surface effectively prevents electrostatic adsorption and adhesion, reducing release force. This greatly improves the success rate when used in printers with larger screens.
Features:
- High-quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.
- Light transmission: 91-94%
PrimaCreator Super-PFA Film Sheet for 3D Printers
High-quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.
PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multi-layer PFA composite film developed for large resin 3D printers.
The SPFA surface effectively prevents electrostatic adsorption and adhesion, reducing release force. This greatly improves the success rate when used in printers with larger screens.
Lower release force also reduces wear on the printer itself, as it is easier to overcome in each motion cycle. We recommend using SPFA on printers with 8.9'' screens and larger.
The SPFA film itself has a much longer lifespan than other films due to less stress and flex motions. This is particularly noticeable on larger printers where SPFA can last up to 10 times longer than regular FEP.
SPFA can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, with a recommended operating temperature for prolonged periods of up to 260°C. This compares to regular FEP film, which typically cannot withstand temperatures above 200°C.
To protect the sheet from creases and scratches, each sheet comes with a protective film on both sides and is packaged in a protective pouch.
The sheets fit most 3D printers that use ~13" LCD / 9" LCD.
Specifications:
- Size: 13" LCD 260x390 mm / 9" LCD 200 x 270 mm
- Thickness: 0.3mm
- Light transmission: 91-94%
- Max temperature: 300°C
- Max operating temperature: 260°C
- 1 sheet/pack
Compatible with:
- Most 3D printers use ~13"/9" LCDs.
Remove the blue protective film from the SPFA sheet before use. Install the SPFA sheet with this side facing upwards towards the inside of the resin tank and the side without protective film facing downwards towards the UV light source.
