PRIMACREATOR SPFA FILM SHEET FOR 3D PRINTERS - 200 X 270 MM
PRIMACREATOR SPFA FILM SHEET FOR 3D PRINTERS - 200 X 270 MM
PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multilayer PFA composite film developed for large resin 3D printers. The surface of the SPFA effectively prevents adsorption and electrostatic adhesion, which reduces the release force. This greatly improves the success rate when used in printers with larger screens.
Features:
- High-quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.
- Light transmittance: 91-94%
PrimaCreator Super-PFA film sheet for 3D printers
High-quality PrimaCreator SPFA film sheets.
PrimaCreator Super-PFA is a multilayer PFA composite film developed for large resin 3D printers.
The surface of the SPFA effectively prevents adsorption and electrostatic adhesion, which reduces the release force. This greatly improves the success rate when used in printers with larger screens.
A lower release force also reduces the wear on the printer itself as it is easier to overcome for every movement cycle. We recommend using SPFA on printers with 8.9'' screens and larger.
The SPFA film itself has a much longer lifetime than other films due to the lower stress and flex movements. This is especially apparent on larger printers where the SPFA can last up to 10 times longer than regular FEP.
SPFA can withstand temperatures up to 300°C, with a recommended operating temperature for prolonged periods of up to 260°C. This can be compared to regular FEP film which typically can't withstand temperatures above 200°C.
To protect the sheet from creases and scratches, each sheet comes with a protective film on both sides and is packed in a protective bag.
The sheets will fit most 3D printers using either ~13" LCD/9" LCD.
Specifications:
- Sizes: 13" LCD 260x390mm / 9" LCD 200x270mm
- Thickness: 0.3mm
- Light transmittance: 91-94%
- Max temperature: 300°C
- Max operating temperature: 260°C
- 1 sheet/pack
Compatible with:
- Most 3D printers using either ~13"/9" LCDs.
Please remove the blue protective film from the SPFA sheet before use. Install the SPFA sheet with this side facing upwards toward the inside of the resin vat, and the side without protective film facing downwards towards the UV light source.
