A bar with rubber grips and a steel spring.
Ideal for performing bodyweight exercises for muscle strengthening.
Extensions and push-ups for pectorals, arms, shoulders, deltoids, biceps, and triceps.
The power twister is a bar made up of two handles at the ends and a central tension spring. Not by chance, it is also known as a spring expander or a bending bar. The bar is always made of steel, while the two ends include two rubber grips, which make the grip firm and secure.
The SPRING BAR is an inexpensive tool that is easy to carry around as it is quite short, ranging from 50 to 55 cm.
VERY USEFUL for training pectorals, and more, wherever you are. Some of the exercises we will see are at least as effective as those performed with expensive and bulky machines commonly found in the gym.
BAR-PULL - Grip the bar by the handles, then raise it above your head and then bend your elbows to bring the tool behind your head. At this point, to bring your elbows in front of you, join the ends of the bar so that they meet behind your head. Hold the position for three seconds before slowly releasing the tension. Perform 3 x 10 repetitions of bar-pull.
DOWNWARD BENDS - Involve holding the bar in front of you, but with your palms facing down. Rotate your wrists and slightly bend your elbows to effectively push down with both hands and try to bring the ends of the power twister as close as possible. Hold the bend for three or four seconds before returning to the starting position. Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions.
