PolyMide™ is a family of nylon/polyamide-based filaments. Manufactured with Polymaker’s Warp-Free™ technology, PolyMide™ filaments deliver the inherent engineering properties of nylon and ease of printing.

PA12-CF

PolyMide™PA12-CF is a carbon fiber reinforced PA12 (nylon 12) filament. Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product exhibits exceptional mechanical and thermal properties even after moisture conditioning. Combined with easy printability due to Warp-Free™ technology, this product is ideal for creating manufacturing tools.

Recommended settings:

• Nozzle temperature: 260˚C – 300˚C *
• Print speed: 30 mm/s – 60 mm/s
• Bed temperature: 25˚C – 50˚C (DO NOT exceed 50 ˚C)
• Bed surface: almost all surfaces with a thin layer of PVA glue or Magigoo PA
• Cooling fan: off
