POLYMAKER PETG 1.75mm 1kg
POLYMAKER PETG 1.75mm 1kg
Polymaker™ PETG is a high-speed, high-strength PETG filament engineered to deliver reliable performance across a wide range of functional applications. Its high-flow formulation allows for clean, precise extrusion at speeds up to 300 mm/s with a standard nozzle, or over 500 mm/s with high-flow nozzles, while maintaining excellent layer adhesion, dimensional stability, and surface quality. With superior inter-layer adhesion, low warpage, and clog-free extrusion, it delivers high-quality, professional results right out of the box. Compatible with most FDM printers, it requires no enclosure.
Key Features
- Print speeds up to 300mm/s (standard nozzle) or 500mm/s+ (high flow nozzle)

Polymaker™ PETG – High-Speed, High-Strength, High-Quality

Polymaker™ PETG is the next generation of PETG filament, replacing PolyLite™ PETG with a faster, stronger, and easier to print formula. Designed for both rapid prototyping and end-part production, it combines high-speed extrusion with superior mechanical performance, delivering functional, dimensionally stable, and professional-looking prints right out of the box.

High-Flow Printing at Any Speed
Polymaker™ PETG’s high-flow formulation enables clean, precise extrusion at speeds up to 300mm/s with a standard nozzle. Pair it with a high-flow nozzle, and you can achieve print speeds of 500mm/s or more—all without compromising layer adhesion, surface finish, or dimensional accuracy. Whether you’re running a high-speed printer or a standard setup, Polymaker™ PETG delivers consistent results at any speed.

Stronger, Smoother, and More Reliable
Polymaker™ PETG is engineered for reliable performance across long production runs. The new formula offers superior inter-layer adhesion—stronger than competing PETG alternatives—resulting in parts that resist cracking and delamination under mechanical stress. Its low warpage and clog-free extrusion make it an ideal choice for functional prints that need to be perfect on the first try.

Ideal for Functional Components & End-Use Applications
From gears, brackets, and jigs to outdoor tools, sports accessories, and cosplay props, Polymaker™ PETG delivers the perfect balance of toughness, flexibility, and aesthetic quality. Its chemical resistance and heat deflection temperature of approx. 70°C make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor functional applications, including parts exposed to moisture, UV, or mechanical loads.

Compatible with Any Printer
Polymaker™ PETG filament prints seamlessly on most FDM printers, requiring no enclosure. It works perfectly with AMS and other multi-material systems, thanks to its neatly wound and system-compatible spool. Vacuum-sealed in a Mylar bag with desiccant, it ensures your filament arrives dry and ready to print.

Typical Applications
- Functional Components: Gears, brackets, jigs, and fixtures
- Outdoor and Weather-Resistant Parts
- Sports Accessories and Protective Cases
- Cosplay Props and Display Models
- Electronic Enclosures and Tool Holders
- Prototypes Requiring Strength and Dimensional Accuracy.

Packaging
Each spool is vacuum-sealed in a Mylar bag with a desiccant pack to keep your filament moisture-free from factory to printer. The spool and box are made from recycled and recyclable materials, and the spool is designed to be compatible with AMS and multi-material systems. Neatly wound to prevent tangles and ensure reliable feeding from the first layer to the last.

Print Settings

- Print Temp: 240˚C – 260˚C
- Bed Temp: 60˚C – 70˚C
- Print Speed: Up to 300 mm/s
- Cooling Fan: 20% – 60%
- Direct Drive Retraction: 1 mm / 20 mm/s
- Bowden Retraction: 3 mm / 40 mm/s
- Drying: 55°C for 6 hours (only if moisture has been absorbed)
Important Note on Moisture
Polymaker™ PETG filament is highly hygroscopic. Once opened, store your filament in an airtight container with desiccant. If you experience popping or crackling sounds during extrusion, or excessive stringing, dry your filament at 55°C for 6 hours prior to printing. For best results, a filament dryer like the PolyDryer™ Box is highly recommended.
