The new generation extruder (with segmented heat zones) can accommodate nozzles with diameters ranging from 0.4 mm to 3 mm, and the machine can print pellets/granules with a diameter of 2-5 mm. The particles are fed into the extruder from a 3-liter hopper, ensuring a ready supply of raw material for its massive deposition rate. Smart laser distance measurement
