A New Adventure – Monster Hunter Wilds follows a special Research Commission as they investigate the Forbidden Lands. The hunter is joined by a colorful cast of characters, including their Palico companion, the Guild-appointed assistant Alma, the trusted blacksmith Gemma, and the mysterious Nata. Together, the team ventures into an uncharted new frontier where surprises await them around every corner.
A Living World – The Forbidden Lands stretch across multiple biomes with dynamic identities, such as the Windward Plains and the Crimson Forest, where ecosystems shift from vibrant, life-filled seasons to merciless climates, causing monsters to fight over limited resources. Changes in the landscape will impact the creatures that inhabit it and force hunters to adapt as well.
New Monsters and Wildlife – Monster Hunter Wilds offers a vast selection of new creatures, ranging from packs of small species to large monsters, some of which roam the Forbidden Lands in herds. Every creature hunters encounter in the wilds has carved out a special place in its habitat and possesses unique attacks and behaviors.
Crossplay Multiplayer – In addition to the option of experiencing the Monster Hunter Wilds story solo, hunters can team up with up to three other players on any platform to explore the world together and tackle the game's challenges as a hunting party.
