This is an All Metal Drop-in Conversion Kit for CR-6 SE printers. It requires absolutely no modifications to the printer for installation. Our uniquely designed cold block eliminates the need for a heat tube. By not having a separate heat tube within the cold block, it allows for faster heat dissipation.
The heat break is made from grade 5 titanium alloy to provide excellent thermal isolation between the heater and the cold block. Titanium is an extremely strong material and offers almost 3 times lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating a more defined melt zone.
