MEGASID FIBRA DI VETRO two-component filler is a trowel filler formulated with a high percentage of fiberglass, making it suitable for the reconstruction of missing parts in car bodywork and for plastic parts, such as bumpers, fiberglass tanks, etc. The product is very easy to trowel and sand, making it absolutely unparalleled for repair work.

MEGASID FIBRA DI VETRO can be painted with any type of primer, mono or two-component.

APPLICATION:

− Ensure that the surfaces to be filled are perfectly dry and clean. If applying to bare sheet metal, sand it with P 80 and P 150 abrasive papers;

− Take the desired amount from the can with clean tools, adding 1 - 3 grams of hardener for every 100 grams of product;

− Mix this quantity, thoroughly blending the two components;

− Apply the filler to the surface to be worked on, keeping in mind that the product can be sanded (P 80 – P 120 grit dry) after approximately 30 - 40 minutes. Curing times may vary depending on ambient temperature: they shorten with temperatures above 25 °C and lengthen with lower temperatures;

− Do not return catalyzed and/or unused filler to the can to prevent the entire can's content from deteriorating;

− Close the can after use to prevent the product from hardening upon contact with air.

Recycle only if perfectly clean and empty.
