A kind-hearted boy who loves his family, Tanjiro joins the Demon Slayer Corps to turn his sister Nezuko, who has become a demon, back into a human, and to avenge his family's death by hunting down the demon who killed them. He has a keen sense of smell that allows him to identify weaknesses in demons or other opponents he fights.
