MAGIGOO PRO KIT - THE 3D PRINTING ADHESIVE

Are you experiencing warping problems during 3D printing? Then MAGIGOO is an easy-to-use 3D printing adhesive designed to solve the problem of the non-sticky first layer (warping). This is the most common problem in 3D printing for manufacturing with FFF/FDM technology.

WHAT: 

Magigoo PRO adhesives are designed for professional use to work exclusively with technical filaments. These professional-grade adhesives ensure that prints stick firmly when the build plate is hot, and that the part is easy to remove once cooled, and glue residue can also be easily removed. 

CONTENTS:

• MAGIGOO PA is designed for professional use, to work exclusively with Polyamide filaments. Designed and tested to work with different brands of PA (nylon) and fiber-reinforced filaments.
• MAGIGOO PC is designed to work exclusively with polycarbonate type filaments and fiber-reinforced variants.
• MAGIGOO PP is designed to work exclusively with polypropylene filaments
• MAGIGOO ABS is designed to work with a variety of filaments, including most types of PLA, ABS, HIPS, PETG, and TPU filaments.
• Shake the bottle.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib onto the bed (activating the internal valve) and spreading as needed.
• Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations
• Let cool and remove. The print should pop right off
• Clean using a damp cloth (with water) to wipe clean.

Using this product with filaments other than those specified could cause excessive adhesion and damage the build surface.

Some products may contain corrosive and eye irritant substances. Wash hands after use. Preferably use rubber gloves. Read the safety data sheets or consult the manufacturer, if necessary.
The bottle applicator has a spring-loaded valve inside. To activate it, press the nib firmly against the build plate. When squeezing the sides of the bottle, ensure the applicator does not come off.

TIPS:

For larger prints, a 20mm brim is recommended.
In case of excessive adhesion, it is recommended to wet the build plate with a small amount of water, working it slowly under the part, this should facilitate the removal of the part.
