MAGIGOO PRO HT - THE 3D PRINTING ADHESIVE
Are you experiencing warping issues during 3D printing? Then MAGIGOO is an easy-to-use 3D printing adhesive designed to solve the problem of a non-sticky first layer (warping). This is the most common problem in 3D printing for production with FFF/FDM technology.

WHAT:
MAGIGOO HT is designed for professional use, to work at high printing temperatures. The part should be relatively easy to remove once cooled, and the glue residue should also be easily removable.
WHY:
High-temperature materials such as PEEK are advanced engineering thermoplastics that offer better mechanical and chemical stability at elevated temperatures compared to regular thermoplastics. Other materials include PEKK, Ultem, and PPSU, and their carbon/glass fiber reinforced counterparts. Due to their high-temperature and other outstanding properties, these materials are highly sought after in high-temperature and high-performance engineering applications such as in the automotive and aerospace industry. Furthermore, these materials are also sought after in chemical, petrochemical, medical, and research applications. High-temperature filaments prove to be challenging materials for FDM printing due to their higher tendency to warp. These materials are generally printed at elevated temperatures due to their high-temperature properties. MAGIGOO HT is a specialized FDM printing solution for PEEK filaments developed to work at high printing temperatures.
HOW:
MAGIGOO HT has been designed and tested to work with a build plate temperature of 150°C or below.
- Shake the bottle.
- Apply to the desired area by pressing the nib onto the bed (activating the inner valve) and spreading as needed.
- Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations
- Allow to cool and remove. The print should come off right away
- Clean : Use a damp cloth to clean.
SAFETY:
Using this product with filaments other than PEEK could result in excessive adhesion and damage to the build surface. Follow the instructions in the technical data sheet for best results.
Tips:
For larger prints, a 20mm brim is recommended
Magigoo HT was designed for glass surfaces but also works on high-temperature garolite and other build surfaces
