You play as Low and Alone, best friends since meeting in this lonely nightmare. Each possesses their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they've become skilled at sneaking through hidden passages, lifting each other over enormous obstacles, and watching each other’s backs.
Whether playing with a friend or an AI companion, you'll depend on each other's iconic items to create opportunities and progress. The environment is filled with clues and possibilities for imaginative children to exploit. Low's arrows can reach high targets, cut ropes, or take down flying foes, and Alone's wrench is perfect for smashing stunned enemies, breaking through barriers, or manipulating the workings of enormous machines.
EMBARK ON AN IMMERSIVE AND UNSETTLING ADVENTURE
No matter where you go, the Nothingness is home to horrid monsters. These Residents will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to capture any intrusive little Visitor that catches their eye. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide-and-seek with Monster Baby among the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of ravenous Candy Weevils in a frightful Candy Factory, or dodging heavy footsteps as you run along the rain-slicked boardwalk of a grimy amusement park.
You'll need to be ready to run, hide, or even fight back at any given moment to stay in one piece.

Don’t let the desolate beauty of the Nothingness distract you too much. There are dark mysteries awaiting you as Low and Alone follow their mirrored path through the Spiral. As each new location becomes more dangerous and disturbing than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will begin to emerge. Will Low and Alone finally escape this endless nightmare?
