You play as Low and Alone, best friends since meeting in this lonely nightmare. Each has their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they’ve become adept at sneaking through hidden passages, boosting each other over enormous obstacles, and watching each other’s backs.
Whether you’re playing with a friend or an AI companion, you will depend on each other’s iconic items to create opportunities and progress. The environment is rife with clues and possibilities that imaginative children can exploit. Low’s arrows can reach high targets, cut ropes, or take down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is perfect for smashing stunned foes, breaking through barriers, or manipulating the workings of enormous machines.
EMBARK ON AN IMMERSIVE AND HAUNTING ADVENTURE
No matter where you go, the Nothing is home to horrifying monsters. These Residents will stop at nothing to capture any intrusive little Visitor that catches their eye. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide-and-seek with Monster Baby among the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of ravenous Candy Weevils in a scary Candy Factory, or dodging heavy footsteps as you sprint along the rain-slicked boardwalk of a grimy fairground.
You will need to be ready to run, hide, or even fight back at a moment’s notice to remain in one piece.
SINK INTO THE SPIRAL
Don’t get too distracted by the desolate beauty of the Nothing. Dark mysteries await you as Low and Alone follow their mirrored path through the Spiral. As each new location becomes more dangerous and unsettling than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will begin to surface. Will Low and Alone finally be able to escape this never-ending nightmare? Only you can help them, little ones…
