You play as Low and Alone, best friends since they met in this lonely nightmare. Each of them possesses their own iconic item—a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they have become skilled at sneaking into hidden passages, boosting each other over enormous obstacles, and watching each other’s backs.
Whether you play with a friend or an AI companion, you will depend on each other’s iconic items to create opportunities and make progress. The environment is filled with clues and possibilities that imaginative children can exploit. Low’s arrows can hit high targets, cut ropes, or take down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is perfect for smashing stunned enemies, breaking through barriers, or manipulating the workings of enormous machines.
EMBARK ON AN IMMERSIVE AND UNSETTLING ADVENTURE
No matter where you go, the Nowhere is home to horrific monsters. These Residents will not hesitate to do whatever it takes to capture any intrusive little Visitor that catches their eye. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide-and-seek with the Monster Baby in the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of ravenous Candy Weevils in a frightening Candy Factory, or dodging heavy footsteps as you race along the rain-soaked boardwalk of a grimy amusement park.
You’ll have to be ready to run, hide, or even defend yourself at any given moment to stay in one piece.
SINK INTO THE SPIRAL
Don’t get too distracted by the desolate beauty of the Nowhere. There are dark mysteries awaiting you as Low and Alone follow their mirrored path through the Spiral. As each new location becomes more dangerous and unsettling than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will start to surface. Will Low and Alone finally escape this never-ending nightmare? Only you can help them, little ones…
