You play as Low and Alone, best friends since they met in this lonely nightmare. Each one possesses their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they’ve become adept at sneaking into hidden passages, boosting each other over enormous obstacles, and watching each other’s backs.
Whether you’re playing with a friend or an AI companion, you’ll be dependent on each other’s iconic items to create opportunities and progress. The environment is filled with clues and possibilities that imaginative children can exploit. Low’s arrows can reach high targets, cut ropes, or take down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is perfect for smashing stunned enemies, breaking through barriers, or manipulating the workings of enormous machines.
EMBARK ON AN IMMERSIVE AND UNSETTLING ADVENTURE
No matter where you go, the Nowhere is home to horrible monsters. These Residents won’t hesitate to do whatever it takes to capture any intrusive little Visitor that catches their eye. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide-and-seek with Monster Baby in the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of ravenous Candy Weevils in a scary Candy Factory, or dodging heavy footsteps as you run along the rain-slicked boardwalk of a grimy amusement park.
You’ll need to be ready to run, hide, or even defend yourself at a moment’s notice to stay in one piece.

Don’t let yourself get too distracted by the Nowhere’s desolate beauty. There are dark mysteries awaiting you as Low and Alone follow their mirrored path through the Spiral. As each new location becomes more dangerous and unsettling than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will start to surface. Will Low and Alone ever finally escape this never-ending nightmare?
