The Barbell is a versatile tool, ideal for specifically training the biceps and triceps. One of its advantages compared to a classic barbell is the curved grip and the 45-degree angled handle: these features help to alleviate the stress caused by the unnatural position taken when performing certain exercises.
It is 1.50 m long and has a diameter of 2.5 cm, suitable for discs with a 25 mm bore (hole) and weighs 6 KG.
Made of chrome-plated steel, it is extremely durable and has knurled, non-slip handles that ensure an excellent grip. Furthermore, the ends of the Bar are threaded for secure disc fastening.
