The Barbell is a versatile tool, ideal for specifically training the biceps and triceps. One of its advantages compared to the classic barbell is the curved grip and the 45-degree angled handle: these features help reduce the stress caused by the unnatural position assumed when performing certain exercises.
It has a length of 1.20 m and a diameter of 2.5 cm, suitable for plates with a 25 mm bore (hole), and weighs 4.5 KG.
Made of chrome-plated steel, it is extremely durable and features knurled, non-slip handles that ensure an excellent grip. Furthermore, the ends of the Bar are threaded for secure plate attachment.
