Pre-ordering allows the Customer to secure a copy of the selected Product well in advance of the Product actually becoming available for sale. Wherever possible, pre-ordered Products will be shipped early enough so that Customers can enjoy them from the Product's expected release date. For some delivery locations (islands, areas with logistical difficulties) or in the event of particular weather or sociopolitical events, it may not be possible to guarantee receipt of the Product on the same day as the scheduled release date. In any case, the estimated delivery times for pre-ordered Products, as well as those indicated for all other Products purchased on the Site, are always indicative and may be subject to delays without any liability on the part of Luemm. The Pre-order of Products, illustrated and described in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets on the Site, is made by the Customer at the price indicated at the time of placing the order, in addition to shipping costs and any other ancillary expenses indicated during the purchase procedure. Before confirming the desire to make the payment, the Customer will be shown a summary indicating the unit cost of each Product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase and/or pre-order of multiple Products, and the relative shipping costs, where applicable. By confirming the payment, upon completion of the transaction, the order will be forwarded, and the Customer will receive an email confirming the purchase and/or pre-order.
Orders containing both purchase orders for available Products and pre-orders will be shipped together upon release along with the latter, or divided into multiple orders to be fulfilled separately, and the relative shipping and/or ancillary costs, if applicable, will be applied to each individual pre-order and to the total of available Product orders upon the buyer's request.
Please note: payment for pre-ordered Products will be charged at least 10 (ten) days before the order is fulfilled, coinciding with the courier taking charge of the Product to be delivered. At the time of pre-order, the full amount will only be committed in favor of Luemm.
