Pre-ordering allows the Customer to secure a copy of the selected Product even long before the Product is actually available for sale. As far as possible, pre-ordered Products will be shipped sufficiently in advance so that Customers can enjoy them from the Product's expected release date. However, for some delivery locations (islands, locations with logistical difficulties) or in the event of particular weather or socio-political events, it will not be possible to guarantee receipt of the Product on the same day as the expected release date. In any case, the estimated delivery times for pre-ordered Products, as well as those indicated for all other Products purchased on the Website, are always indicative and may be subject to delays without Luemm incurring any liability. The Pre-order of Products, illustrated and described in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets on the Website, is made by the Customer at the price indicated at the time of placing the order, in addition to shipping costs and any other accessory costs indicated during the purchase process. Before confirming the willingness to make payment, the Customer will be shown a summary indicating the unit cost of each Product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase and/or pre-order of multiple Products, and the relevant shipping costs, if any. By confirming payment, upon completion of the transaction, the order will be placed, and the Customer will receive an email confirming the purchase and/or pre-order.
Orders containing both purchase orders for available Products and pre-orders will be shipped together upon release with the latter or divided into multiple orders to be fulfilled separately, and the relative shipping and/or accessory costs, if any, will be applied to each individual pre-order and to the total of available Product orders upon request of the buyer.
Please note: payment for pre-ordered Products is charged at least 10 (ten) days before the order is fulfilled, coinciding with the carrier taking charge of the Product to be delivered. At the time of pre-order, the full amount will only be committed in favor of Luemm.
