Forward AM Ultrafuse TPS 90A - 750g

Ultrafuse TPS 90A is an SEBS-based elastomer. Compared to other flexible 3D printing materials, it has a more rubber-like haptic feel and better anti-slip properties. In addition, the material has low moisture absorption, which enables printing without pre-drying.

Ultrafuse TPS 90A

Ultrafuse TPS 90A has been developed specifically for fused filament fabrication (FMF) and offers an exceptionally soft touch surface. Ultrafuse TPS 90A offers a non-slip, soft-touch surface, giving it a unique haptics in fused filament fabrication. The characteristics of this material are accompanied by low moisture absorption and excellent layer adhesion, which creates a special smooth surface, making it the perfect choice for handles on household appliances, as well as for small series gaskets and seals.

• Nozzle temperature: 260-280 °C
• Bed temperature: 70-90 °C
• Build chamber temperature: passive heating
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4 mm
