Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 is BASF's high-quality tough PLA, which means: speed, strength, versatility, consistency!
Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 is developed as a high-speed engineering thermoplastic material that prints as easily as PLA, at speeds previously considered unusable. Yet it retains far better mechanical properties, even surpassing printed ABS objects. Something demanding users always had to compromise on before Ultrafuse PLA PRO1.
Features:
Speed: Reduce print times by 30% – 80%
Strength: Overall excels beyond printed ABS in mechanical properties
Versatility: A filament that can be tuned to achieve incredible speeds and excellent surface finish
Consistency: Truly consistent filament, even between colors and batches, it will always perform as expected
Optimize printing
By varying print settings, users can optimize for speed, strength, surface quality, or a mix of these qualities beyond the performance levels of traditional filaments. When you find yourself in an environment that demands reliable performance print after print, look no further than boosting your productivity with Ultrafuse® PLA PRO1. By increasing speed, you can save at least 30%* in print time. To achieve this high speed, we recommend setting your printer in the temperature range between 220°C and 230°C*. Super-fast printing can affect surface quality. Ultrafuse PLA PRO1 has strong layer adhesion which makes prints much stronger, thus increasing functionality.
