SILK filament is a PLA-based material for additive manufacturing with color concentrates that gives printed objects a satin effect. The satin surface of printed objects significantly reduces the visibility of layers on the side surface of printed objects. By using a specially developed pigment, it is possible to maintain the classic properties of PLA, i.e. simple and efficient printing, while achieving a very low shrinkage rate and relatively high tensile strength. Therefore, the material is designed for those who appreciate easy printing and excellent aesthetic properties.

Packaging
The filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packed in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, foiled.
