Spectrum PLA Thermoactive is a filament based on pure PLA mixed with a thermochromic pigment. Thanks to this extremely original addition, items made with the additive technique change colour depending on the temperature. The colour changes from red to cream once the surface temperature of the item exceeds 30°C. The previous colour is gradually restored once the item reaches its initial temperature.

Packaging
The filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packed in the original film-coated Spectrum Filaments packaging.
