If used as a localized mask (quick mask), a setting time of 5–10 minutes is recommended.

Yes. It can be used daily morning and evening as a toner.
If used as an intensive treatment (quick mask), 2–3 times a week is recommended.
Can it be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women?
