The Neptune 4 is equipped with pre-installed Klipper firmware, paired with a 1.5 GHz 64-bit quad-core ARM processor for faster command processing. This allows the printer to achieve speeds of up to 500 mm/s, making it one of the fastest in its class. Additionally, the 8 GB ROM provides ample storage capacity for quick data access, improving overall printing efficiency. Advanced features like input shaping reduce mechanical vibrations, eliminating common artifacts such as aneurysms, ghosting, or ripples, while the pressure advance feature ensures a consistent material flow for smoother prints.

Powerful Extrusion & Upgraded Hotend

The Neptune 4 features a dual-gear direct drive extruder, boasting a 5.2:1 reduction ratio for smooth and consistent filament extrusion. This setup ensures reliable material discharge while reducing the extruder's weight by 75% compared to the Neptune 3 Pro. The copper-titanium bi-metal throat tube enhances heat dissipation, preventing nozzle clogging. With a nozzle capable of reaching temperatures up to 300 °C, the Neptune 4 is compatible with high-temperature filaments like nylon, ABS, and ASA (a 3D printer enclosure is recommended for use with ABS/ASA).

Unparalleled Heat Dissipation Performance

The Neptune 4 is designed with an advanced cooling system. It features two thicker 4015 ball bearing cooling fans on the sides of the printhead, along with four 4020 ball bearing auxiliary fans at the back. This multi-directional cooling system ensures rapid cooling of newly printed layers, allowing for improved overhang and bridging performance, even during high-speed printing.

Stable & Quiet Printing

The Neptune 4 ensures stable, precise, and quiet printing thanks to its silent drivers on all axes, which reduce noise to under 50 dB. The wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels provide smooth and precise movement, contributing to quieter operation. The dual lead screw and dual motor design on the Z-axis offer improved synchronization, ensuring greater accuracy and stability during prints.
