Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes brought together the creators of the historical Suikoden saga and other famous games to create a beautiful adventure that brings fresh air to the JRPG genre with characters rendered in 2D pixel-art harmoniously placed in a 3D computer graphics world.
Our story begins in Allraan, a land born from alliances and aggressions between humans, beastmen, elves, and the desert people who inhabit it, fighting with swords and using magical objects called "rune-lenses." The Galdean Empire gained an advantage over other nations by discovering technology that amplifies the power of rune-lenses and seeks an artifact that will further increase its power.
It is on one of these expeditions that Seign Kesling, a young and promising imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet and become friends.
And in the great forest, a young woman named Marisa keeps an eye on ancient ruins from the rune era... A twist of fate will soon draw them into the heart of war, forcing them to re-evaluate everything they believe to be right and true.
- Engage in thrilling turn-based battles and defeat powerful bosses by trapping them or wiping them out with devastating weapons.
- Create your team by choosing from a range of warriors, each with special abilities. Use their different defensive commands to protect allies in the same row, neutralize attacks, taunt enemies, or recharge for the next blow.
- Reinforce attacks using commands such as "Cover Fire" or "Blacksmith" to strengthen weapons.
- Challenge enemies in dramatic one-on-one duels that occur throughout the story.
- Customize your party members with rune-lenses. The runes you insert into the lenses will grant you magic, personal skills, increased stat values, auto-abilities, and other useful effects.
