Since the dawn of creation, THE COUNCIL has maintained the Balance across all existence. Under the Council’s command are the HORSEMEN, Nephilim (powerful beings spawned from the unnatural union of angels and demons) who pledged allegiance to them in exchange for immense power. This power, however, came at a tragic cost: the Horsemen were ordered to annihilate the rest of their kind. What followed was a bloody battle in Eden in which the Horsemen, obeying the Council’s will, exterminated the Nephilim.
Still reeling from the events in Eden, WAR and STRIFE have been given a new assignment: LUCIFER, the enigmatic and deceitful demon king, is plotting to upset the Balance by granting power to several Archdemons throughout Hell. War and Strife must hunt down these Archdemons, gather information, and survive an intricate demonic conspiracy that threatens to forever upset the Balance and destroy all of creation.
DARKSIDERS: GENESIS is an action/adventure game in which, guns blazing and swords swinging, you wade through hordes of demons, angels, and everything in between on a trip to hell and back.
